Clear guidelines to ensure a safe, peaceful, and warm stay for all guests visiting Leh, Ladakh.
Check-In & Check-Out Timings
- •Standard Check-In time: 12:00 PM (noon).
- •Standard Check-Out time: 10:00 AM.
- •Early Check-In: Subject to room availability and prior notice. Early morning arrivals will be accommodated as soon as rooms are readied.
- •Late Check-Out: Can be requested at the reception desk subject to subsequent arrivals.
- •Government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- •Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM on arrival date) receive a full 100% refund.
- •Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, incur a one-night tariff retention fee.
- •Modifications: Stay dates can be shifted free of charge subject to room availability when requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- •Flight Weather Cancellations: Documented Leh airport (IXL) winter/weather cancellations will have their full deposit credited towards a future stay within 12 months.
Central Heating Facility (8 Rooms)
- •We feature 8 dedicated centrally heated rooms equipped with modern radiator heating circuits.
- •Central heating operates actively during cold mountain evenings, overnight, and early mornings to keep temperatures warm and comfortable (20°C–22°C).
- •Thermal blankets and hot water bottles are available on request from housekeeping.
High-Altitude Acclimatization Advisory
- •Leh is situated at an elevation of 3,500 meters (11,500 feet) above sea level.
- •Mandatory Rest: All arriving guests must take complete physical rest for the first 24 to 36 hours. Avoid climbing stairs rapidly or planning long excursions on Day 1.
- •Hydration: Drink 3 to 4 liters of warm water, Kahwa, or herbal teas daily.
- •Medical Oxygen: Emergency medical oxygen cylinders are kept on standby at the front desk.
Children & Extra Bedding Policy
- •Children up to 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing beds with parents.
- •Children aged 6 to 12 years: Extra bed available at an additional nominal charge.
- •Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults.
- •Our Family Suites feature two double beds designed to comfortably accommodate parents traveling with children.
Payment & Billing Methods
- •We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Bank Transfers.
- •GST Invoice: An official GST-compliant tax invoice will be generated upon check-out detailing room tariffs and any additional services.
- •Applicable GST Tiers: 12% for room tariffs below ₹7,500 per night, and 18% for tariffs of ₹7,500 and above.
